Next, we explore a range of design solutions and create a big picture design concept . To help you visualise the transformation, we include sketch plans, 3D illustrations and style mood boards. Together with our building partners, we develop high-level cost estimates. This is a unique step we bring to the design process that allows you to explore first, then move forward with confidence.

3. Design to construct

Once you're happy with the design concept, it's time to make it a reality. Here, you'll see your vision come to life as a well-designed, functional, beautiful home. We provide a complete design to construct package, including technical documentation, council approvals and builder's pricing. And, if you need us to, we can serve as your representative to the builder during construction.
